Here is my two cents. I am going to go out on a limb and make a couple of assumptions. If I am not correct please forgive me.

I feel that by asking the question of how you can "let go" while in a threesome, when never been with another woman, you are either curious about that or somehow feel that when in a MFF threesome you should be playing with the woman as well as the man. Straight guys have MFM threesomes without having to play with the other man. The guys know that there probably will be some contact with the other male but it won't be in a sexual way. That contact is due to everyone having to be in close proximity with each other while playing.

I'm a straight female and have had both MFF and MFM threesomes. While in the MFF the women can be opposite of each other so that one female is receiving while the other woman is giving, that means the male is giving and receiving. The MFM threesome, if the guys are straight, then its about the woman and the woman playing with both guys. Of course this changes if the two guys are bi.
Since I don't know if you are straight or bi-curious I would suggest going to youporn.com or redtube.com(both free porn sites) search for threesomes with MFF with straight women and bi-women. This should at least give you an idea of how other people "let go" and enjoy a threesome.

For me, when I am about to do something I have never done before, I am nervous and won't enjoy the experience as much as I would hope. The more exposure you have the more you can relax and enjoy.

For us.....is is easy once we separate making love from having sex. Once we get into bed with someone we are swinging with....its all about the physical pleasure. No jealousy issues because its purely sexual, so we can relax...or let go....and have fun.
