Why is prostitution illegal?
"I don't understand why prostitution is illegal. Selling is legal, fucking is legal. So why isn't it legal to sell fucking? Why should it be illegal to sell something that's legal to give away? I can't follow the logic. Of all the things you can to do a person, giving them an orgasm is hardly the worst. In the army they give you a medal for killing people; in civilian life you go to jail for giving them orgasms. Am I missing something?"

There is much more to prostitution than sex. There is violence and drugs to name a few which are certainly illegal. You probably will not find a prostitute that does it for the pleasure as her pleasure isn't the basis for doing it.
There are some things in life that sinply should not be sold!

That was well said Gin. Drugs may run rampant in the garden variety street walker. Now since I am a working man and if I even thought about partaking in such things. I would go for the higher class lady that charges so much it would choke the wallet of any man. Being my job keeps me in motels every week I have met two such women in my travels. Not for sex(Remember, I'm a poor boy). After some enlightning chat with them, It seems the higher class the lady the better they take care of themselves. It seems like drugs are not the problem at this level. But that eas just my observation. |
