Were you really nervous at first?
Hi! We are pretty new to this lifestyle. We have had some experience in the past as a couple with 3somes and such, but have never been with a couple (I have many many years ago with a different partner and it was a couple we knew well). Anyway, we are about to meet someone from this site in person for the first time tonight. We are really open minded people and truly excited by this prospect, but I'm so nervous, I can barely catch my breath even though I'm very comfortable that we've chatted enough and the couple is a good pick for this. I'm not the anxious type normally at all. Is it normal? were you totally freaked out the first time? Should I just take the adrenaline as part of the fun, or do you think intuition is trying to tell me something? opinions? |

I get nervous or anxious the first time with every meet, I think it is just normal. Considering that every time you are meeting with a new couple or party you are off into a new adventure.
Just relax and understand that you are probably not the only one who has butterflies and enjoy yourself!

the nervousness your first time is normal. Enjoy the adrenaline rush. You said you know they are a good match and you feel comfie with your chats. Since you feel confident in your choice, dont second guess yourself. Its just excitement for the new experience. Relax and enjoy yourself!! It will be a blast! |

Absolutely normal, my wife and I were very nervous the first time but had a fantastic experience.
Listen to your inner self and do what feels right. If it says go for it, have fun, if it says not right now, walk away by saying your not ready. If your new friends are true swingers there will be absolutely no issues as they will understand.

Just recently we met a man for some threesome play and it was the first for me to have two men. I was sooo nervous, I giggled, blushed, and was a bit embarrassed but the guys relized I was very nervous and took control and were complete gentlemen. The adventure I had with my husband and this gentleman was exciting and rewarding. Just go with your gut. |

We set up a meet and greet with no play which lessens the pressure on all involved but I still get a little nervous the day of. I used to get the same feeling driving to a club just for an evening out with no play planned. |

I was extremely nervous in the beginning but still find myself with a case of the nerves from time to time. I guess it all depends on the amount of leg work done prior to the meeting and how much I know about the guests. |

We were nervous our first time, I was more so than him, bcuz I am a self conscious perfectionist. However we had a great couple who were patient, playful and fun. We really had fun. I hope everyone has/had a great first experience like we did. |

we are still waiting for the day we are not nervous the first meet. been in the lifestyle for more than four years. we have found that a combination of sexy dice and spin the bottle releases alot of pressure. Most people respond very well to it. our main rule is if you dont want to do what the dice say then you dont have to. awsome results!!!
