One track minds
I've been a tomboy allll my life and most of my friends in school were guys. Now, during my stay here I hear from three school buddies all wanting to meet up and two of them are "are you frisky" "wanna play". Now, I've NEVER had that kind of relationship with them, and they ALL know of my relationship status.
My question is... can't a girl go out with a guy friend with just the thoughts of hanging out and having a drink without sex being on the table? Even better... why do they "assume" sex is on the table especially if they know there is a partner involved.
OK, so this is more of a vanilla topic and kind of ironic here on a swing site. So sue me lol |

This in not just a vanilla topic Sharon I see it all the time in swingers also. They think just because you have dinner and are swingers that you will just jump into bed at a seconds notice.

In the swinging world, I somewhat "expect" it but don't. It just was really odd to me that dealing with people I'd known since grade school would assume that a night out would be a hook up. Sort of makes me wonder if I sort of present myself as that kind of person, easy and free. you know?

Well to tell you the truth most people just want what they cant have. They all knew you was in a relationship and they was pushing boundries just to try. It is funny when you are not in a relationship people dont pay attention to you, but as soon as you are off limits they seem to come from everywhere. This goes for both sexes. What is really odd is before New Years I had someone contact me about the party. It was my girlfriend from when I was 13, when she found out who I was she Kept asking if my wife would mind if she came, over and over again. I dont know what she had in her head but mine was just all about fun.

Maybe they always wanted to sleep with you and just never had the balls to make a move in their younger days. I do find that even in the lifestyle men tend to think that us women are loose and will play with or without our partners. Not men are like this but a lot. |

I am not aggresive towards women at all. We can all be naked at a party at our house and I still wont move in until I know it is all OK. Its just a respect thing to me, once invited and know the husband aint going to try and kick my ass its a whole differant story lol

Sorry Gary, I have to agree with you on this one. Just because I've known someone, gone out to dinner, a move, and or, are all nude and waiting on burgers, is no reason to expect sex. An open invite, agreed on, is different.

Well for me there has to be a respect thing that's how I was raised and how I choose to be, I think that some guys when they're do have a problem talking to girls and when they get older and see this type of situation think it's okay to be that forward.
