What people do on there own time is fine with us, we feel it shouldnt be advertised and most definatly noone will bring it into our house. I have never denied a profile because of it we asked first.

RE: Newbie Question Actually, most states still have adultery laws on the books that make everyone of us who use this site criminals. Those laws are simply not enforced. While society has evolved to recognize that sex outside marriage between two or more consenting adults is a ridiculous thing to criminalize, the law is much slower to change and adapt, in large part due to an older population that control an imbalance of power. It's the same thing with 420.

No doubt everyone here would be somewhat pissed off if some monogamous hater showed up and started bad mouthing swingers. The point is, if you aren't into something, be it 420, anal, guy-on-guy, socks-in-pic, just let it slide and look at the stuff you do like. The general idea of "420" is to be low key as opposed to waving a giant skunk bud under people's noses. Just go on pretending you don't know what it is. RE: Newbie Question That's the point Gary. If someone puts something in their profile you don't like, you won't meet them. Someone else who does like whatever is in the profile will meet them. That is how it is supposed to work. Wouldn't you rather weed people out based on their profile than do it in person because the profile didn't clue you? What if someone is into hardcore BDSM (and you aren't) but they don't mention it? You arrange to meet and they show up with all whips and chains. Awkward!
RE: Newbie Question I know what you are saying but We have found out that people are very free to tell you what they like or their dis likes. We will not plan a meeting until we know the boundries. The whole point to this is alot of us are in charge of approving these profiles. The main rule is nothing illegal in profile drugs, kids in pics, personal contact info. So what are we suppose to do. It is illegal unless you have a prescription. So why do we let one thing pass and others not?

RE: Newbie Question Seems to me that no law is being broken by putting "420 friendly" in a profile. BTW, I am not advocating either way on the whole illegality or 420 thing itself. Personally, I am "420 friendly" in that I think it is stupid to put people in jail for having a plant in their pocket. That doesn't mean I have any or plan to do so.

Not because I think its wrong. I just can't stand the smell of it and do not want it on me. Seeing 420 on a pro does not mean I quit reading. This stuff has been around a long time and will be here long after I am gone. I have better things to think about than wether someone is lighting up or not. Would I meet someone who does it? Yes I might if I was interested enough in them. But not in my home and in a well ventilated place.

I like a drink or two to loosen up sometimes and have no problem if others prefer 420 to do the same.
We are however not interested in people who smoke and this would fit into the same category for us. We don't want people who smell like anything but themselves just our preference.

1, 420 is the call sign cops use instead of Marijuana. 2, 1/4, give or take, states now have some law, that, Marijuana has some legal use. It is still a felony!! Medical Marijuana. Now is sold in a lot of states, Colorado has joined that list. There are 3 or 4 stores with in 40 miles of my place that sell Marijuana. You need a Dr. prescription. You/government, can't tax, 420. It is against the law. But, I think, they can tax the store.
