How can a man sex longer without cumming ?
At times I find it necessary to harness my sperm count so that I get stronger mentally and physically. But to do that I have to stay away from sex. It has been told that some men do have the ability to have sex without having to cum. This to me sound interesting cause if I can manage to accomplish that, I'll have no need to stay away from my love ones. Now my question is - if this true that some men can have sex without having to cum - how is it then they satisfy themselves. If you think about it the best satisfaction took place during the ejaculation process. So if a man is no cumming the need to have sex is still there and as long as that need is there you will always have the feeling to release it. So in a sense you are never truly satisfied - on less of-course there is another way which I'm not familiar with. Anyone care to elaborate ... |

There are techniques in Taoist or Tantric sexual practices that can help. These Chinese philosophies often teach the male to have an orgasm without an ejaculation. I have used the these techniques in the past and they work but then so do anti-depressants. I'm assuming that your either a fighter or a boxer. The first thing you need to realize is that the strongest part of your body is your mind. Keep thinking you need to go without for strength and you will. I agree with the above, in fact an expanded tantric orgasm will actually give you energy. Secondly, learn to find satisfaction in giving. Personally, achieving orgasm is the very last on my "to do" list.... it's overrated. Third thing is to make sure you are supplementing your diet. Zinc is depleted, L-Arginine will help with testosterone levels, and Beta- Alanine should help with fatigue. A good nitrous oxide may help too, although it is more costly than those previously mentioned. Most important though is your mind. Get control of a clear vision of what you want to experience, what you want to become. |

Well, I think both advices were helpful. However, I was reading a health book which indicated that no sexual desire is achieved without good physical health. The body needs good nutrients to help sustain life and as long as we feeding the body nutritious food everything is possible -even the way in which we think. I strongly believe that the body is the tempo of life. I will check that website though - because on the health part - i'm on point. |

I guess that to answer this question we have to consider what constitutes "satisfaction" and this is related to what creates excitement for you. I am excited by the sights, sounds, and smells of sex and the ejaculation is simply a by product of these things. That being said I ALWAYS want to delay "finishing" for as long as possible. To me "NOTHING" is more exciting than to be able to bring my partner to multiple orgasms, to hear her squeals, moans and/or screams of delight (girls take note men like to know you are really excited) and then to feel her trembles and contractions as she reaches her climax. Having reached this point I am then content to go back to foreplay, licking, kissing, sucking, nibbling, to begin the process again and again. This gives me GREAT SATISFACTION. Ejaculation just gives me release. I suppose that this is just my particular mindset but I and my gf love to add another female to our intimate times and for me being able to be a participant while the ladies reach climax several times each is far more interesting than just "getting my rocks off" The sensation of getting right to the edge and keeping it there is almost indescribable. norijim - Well said my friend - I could agree with you more. I feel the same- I get my satisfaction by enjoying my lady experiencing multiple orgasms. As you said ejaculation to me is just a release that is pleasurable during the ejaculation process after that you looking to get hard again.

Thats not nessacerly true it depends on what posiion he is in. if he is on top he will go fast or anything that puts stress on his body will cause him to get off. unless he is on bottom then his body is relaxed then he won't get off fast. |

During sex there is a point where i have to let it go, as long as i dont get to that point i am fine, i change positions, think about other things etc. I can play all night without cuming. The only time i get frustrated and have the mental urge to cum is watching porn.
